J&E - House - BRUSSELS >
Located in the outskirts of Brussels, this semi-detached-house consisting of an old building with a modern extension needed an extensive renovation. The previous owner of the property had carried out most of the building work himself - some things needed finishing, some redoing - and the new owners (family with child/ren) approached SGIA to manage the project and also ensure they were able to move in as quickly as possible. Any unsatisfactory existing work was completed or overhauled, interiors re-painted, the bathroom was completely renovated, the attic floor extended and in a second phase built-in cupboards were commissioned. Work was completed in a short time so that the clients were able to move in before Christmas!
